DOLNY Gordon Paul July 11, 1955 -March 5, 2003 Gord passed away peacefully at Seton General Hospital, Jasper, with his family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Kim and son Matt of Jasper; parents Ed and Wendy Dolny of Calgary; brothers, Gary Dolny (Brenda), Keith Dolny and Ray Dolny; sisters, Janice Klotz (Gerard) and Sandy Poirier (Harvey), all of Calgary. His many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and dear friends will also remember him. Gord's life was a wonderful adventure. He worked for many years in the Calgary broadcast industry at CKXL radio and CJAY FM as an audio engineer. In more recent years, he pursued his entrepreneurial dream and ran three successful businesses in the Jasper area. Gord was an accomplished pilot and enjoyed a passion for golf, playing at courses throughout North America, Bermuda, and Mexico. He lived his life with a generous spirit and sense of humour that will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Jasper, Alberta. I
