My mother, Elizabeth Henrietta Rebecca Reilly was born in Castlederg, Co Tyrone, on 2 February 1937, her father, John Reilly, was 38, and her mother, Mary Kathleen Stewart was 35. She lived at The Trench, Waterside, Londonderry. She married Brian James Edwards and had one son, Clive and one daughter, Angela between 1955 and 1957. She died as a result of a car accident, returning from Bahrain on 25 September 1963 in Ballymena, Antrim, at the age of 26, and was buried in Altnagelvin Cemetery, Waterside, Londonderry. Her father John Reilly died on the same day as his daughter.
