Stanbro was injured Thursday afternoon when working at filling a silo. A balance wheel of the silo-cutting machine burst striking Stanbro in the breast. He leaves his wife, five children, two brothers and two sisters."

Rev W H Garnett officiated and interment was made in Rose Hill cemetery. Mr Stanbro is survived by his wife, Arlene Rogers Stanbro, and five children, his parents, Mr and Mrs Lee Stanbro, and brothers and sisters. Mr and Mrs Stanbro were former residents on Route 3, Spartansburg."
