Harvey Jackson Dial 12/1/1929 – 9/14/21 Harvey Jackson Dial was called to his heavenly home on September 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Harvey was proceeded in death by his wife of 59 years, Annie Ruth Sertell Dial, a brother Charlie Dial, and two sisters, Melba Garrett and Opal Byers. He is survived by one son, Jack Dial, daughter-in-law, Susan Dial, two granddaughters, Elizabeth Dial and Annie Dial, one brother, John Dial, and two sisters, Mable Deale, and Margie Kirkland and her husband Ronald Kirkland. Harvey grew up in Hanceville and Garden City before moving to Fultondale, Alabama. He was a U.S. Army and Korean War Veteran. He retired from Hanover Shoes in 1988 after 35 years of service. He managed stores Downtown and in the old Century Plaza. He was a dedicated member of Fultondale United Methodist Church since 1954, and a founding member of the Fultondale Senior Center. The family would like to thank Journey Hospice for their help and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Fultondale United Methodist Church; P.O.
