Mrs. Grace Norine Parnell, 70, of Richmond, died Saturday, October 24, 1992. She is survived by four children, Barbara Miller of Richmond, Nancy Sprouse of Hanover, Richard Parnell and Theo Jack Parnell, both of Henrico; one brother, Wilford E. (Mike) Wilshire of Sandston; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Remains rest at the Laburnum Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave., where services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. Interment, Maury Cemetery.
