Rhodyne Grace (Bedard) Tappe Rhodyne Grace Tappe died in July. She was 92. Born in Argyle, Minnesota to Joseph and Grace Bedard, Rhodyne was the second of five siblings. In 1943, her family moved to Long Beach where she attended St. Anthony High School and worked as a dental assistant. She met her husband John Noyes Tappe at St. Anthony Catholic Church. They raised four children. Rhodyne will join John at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. A rosary and funeral mass will be held on October 12 at IHM Church, Ramona.
