Singer. Born Letetia Leonora Dean in Spanish Town. She began her singing career by joining Reggae female groups such as The Ebony Sisters, The Soul Sisters, and The Soulettes. She moved on to a solo career and recorded hits such as "Heartaches," "The Same Thing That You Gave to Daddy," "Night Food Reggae," "Ay Ay Ay Ay," "Let Me Tell You Boy," and "Barbwire." She collaborated with famous Reggae artists such as Tommy McCook, Sonia Pottinger, and Jimmy Cliff, contributing backing vocals to his album "Unlimited" (1973). In 1976, she moved to the United States before releasing her first and only secular album called "Play Me a Love Song" (1979). After seventeen years of inactivity, she returned to her music career as a gospel artist and released gospel albums such as "My Soul Loves Jesus" (1996), "Melody of Praise" (1998), "Down on My Knees" (1999), "The Love of God" (2000), and "At Calvary" (2006). Due to health issues, she retired from performing music.
