Thomas Lee Elkins
Thomas Lee Elkins, of Sias, Wv., passed away Friday, June 2, 2006, at CAMC General Div in Charleston, W.v., at the age of Sixty Three years, Four Months and Twenty Three Days. He was born on January 10, 1943 in Sias, W.V. He was the Son of the late Albert Arvill and Gladys "Cummings" Elkins. He was a constuction Laborer.
He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Lisa Marie Elkins.
He is survived by Four Daughters; Pamela and Jefferie Scritchfield, Tammy and Keenan Babylon, Lori and Bobby Cook and Rebecca and Roy Willis, One brother; Johnny and Judy Elkins, Four Sisters, Norma Jean and Gerry White, Dorothy and Larry Sagar, Evelyn Blankenship and Alberta Fletcher and Eight Grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be at 3;00 P.M. Sunday, June 4, 2006 at Koontz Funeral Home with Rev. Milo Cummings officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, Wv.
