Panagiotis is pre-deceased by his parents, Georgios and Theopisty Konstantinidis.
Panagiotis grew up in Amoxori, Florina, a small village in Greece of which he was incredibly proud of. He spent his days supporting his mother and siblings as the oldest boy in the house.
Panagiotis arrived in Rochester, NY with his father in 1976 and slowly began bringing over his immediate family. Panagiotis, along with his father and his brother, opened South Town Family Restaurant in 1988 together. He met his wife, Athina, during visits back to the village and the family moved to settle in Henrietta, NY. Panagiotis and his brother, Haralambos, went on to open and co-own Bob's Diner together in 1997. Panagiotis could be found there every day, even after his diagnosis, doing what he could to help his brother.
Panagiotis loved to serve others. He consistently prioritized the well being of his family, his friends, and of course his customers. Panagiotis would often be seen making jokes, bringing a smile and a sense of comfort to all those around him. The people close to Panagiotis will remember him by all of his sayings such as "better days are coming" and "keep on smiling." Panagiotis' positive attitude was infectious and his joy will live on forever in our memories of him.
He leaves behind his wife, daughter, brother, 2 sisters and many other family members and friends.
