Diana (Day) Skjefte passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024. She was the second oldest of eight children, born on August 13, 1948 to Clifford and Arlone (Wilberts) Day. She was baptized and confirmed in the Methodist Church. Diana graduated from Oakes High School. On June 11, 1966, she married Verne Skjefte and together they had two sons. Sadly, they lost James in 1998, and Verne passed away in 2015 just a few months short of their 55th wedding anniversary.

She is survived by her son John and his three children; her siblings, Clayton (Jane) Day, Debbie Maddock, Jeff (Kathy) Day, Carla (Nicholas) Parrish, and Mike (Tami Rust) Day. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Daryl and David, and her son James.

Per her wishes, a private family burial will be held in the Glover Cemetery.
