IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I JOHN MCCLELLAN, of AIRTOWNSHIP,

BEDFORD COUNTY, and STATE of PENNSYLVANIA, of Sound mind and memory but calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and constitute my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say---

first I commit my Soul to God who gave it and my body to the Dust being sure of receiving the same again at The General Resurrection, and hoping for pardon and Exceptance withGod only thro' the Righteousness and Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ- unto what Worldly Estate it hath pleased God to bless me with; I will and dispose of in the following manner ---

(Vis) I allow all my Just Debts and funeral charges to be first paid and all my Dues Collected.

ITEM I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife MARGARET, one hundred and fifty pounds, Lawful Money and all the Household plenishing belonging to me and also her mare and Saddle --and I also give all over -?- money - after the Legatees - - is Paid --

Item - - - I give and bequeath unto my Son - BENJAMIN - - Sixty Pounds like money aforesaid ---

Item --- I give and bequeath unto my daughter AGNES, wife to BENJAMIN STEPHENS the sum of forty pounds like money aforesaid --

Item --- I give and bequeath unto my daughter RUTH, wife to GEORGE GALLOWAY the sum of forty pounds like money aforesaid --

Item --- I give and bequeath unto my daughter ELIZABETH wife to SAMUEL GALLOWAY the sum of forty pounds like money aforesaid --

Item --- I give and bequeath unto my daughter MARGARET, wife to SAMUEL SPENCE the sum of forty pounds like money aforesaid --

and I do hereby Constitute and appoint my well beloved Wife and also my trusty and well beloved Son in Law George Galloway Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby Revoke and disannull all other Wills and Testaments by me made and do Acknowledge this Last and Testament in Witness whereof I have unto Set my hand and Seal this Twenty fifth day of July one thousand seven hundred and eighty six.
