Services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
today in the Chapel of Cornell Daggett, South Avenue at 10th Street, for Maude B. Walmsley, 83, of 4828 Lewiston Road. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery. Mrs. Walmsley, a Florence, native, died Thursday (May 12, 1983) in DeVeaux Manor, a nursing facility.
She had lived in Niagara Falls for many years and was a member Paul's United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Alexander W. Walmsley. Survivors include two sons, John T. Walmsley of Lewiston and William L.
Walmsley of Largo, a brother, Amos Rickard of Florence; a sister, Mae Redding of Florence; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Married Alexander W. Walmsley on October 30, 1919 in Florence, Alabama.
