    Gare K. Allen, 52, of Rochester, Minn., died Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Mr. Allen was born to Robert and Gertrude (Kunert) Allen on March 31st, 1957 in New Britain, CT.

    He previously lived in Virginia Beach, VA working for Geico Insurance and in Seattle, WA working for Premera Blue Cross.

    Survivors include a daughter, Taylor Allen; a son, Christian Allen; his parents, Robert and Gertrude Allen of Yakima, WA; and four brothers, Mark Allen of Walla Walla, WA, Michael Allen of Tacoma, WA, Donald Allen of San Diego, CA and Paul Allen of Rochester, MN.

    Gare was a creative, artistic soul who loved his family and his Lord and now finds Peace.

    Gare was an active contributor to the Find A Grave web site.

    Cremation arrangements were by Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home in Rochester, MN.
