Charlie Bohn was a son of Philip and Amelia (Lippholdt?) Bohn. There is some confusion about his date and place of birth. His obituaries and later census say he was born in Brighton, Illinois, the 1900 census says he was born Missouri Nov. 1873. Olinger cemetery record has his date of birth as Sept. 1, 1865, but one obit says he was about 70 years old, which would make 1875 correct. His parents married in Illinois about 1871.
Further research convinces me Olinger was in error and if 01 Sept. is correct, then it should have been 1875, not 1865 based on earlier census and that Charlie was born in Illinois as his obit states. The father was at Brighton, IL in 1870 with HIS parents before the marriage.
Charlie married Della Davison in 1903 in Denver and was a rancher on the west side of Jackson County, near her parents' ranch, for many years. They had no children. SFW
