Mary R. (Sorrentino) Candelora, Auntie Mae of Randolph, formerly of Dorchester and the North End, Nov. 9th, 2010 at age 85. Born in Boston, Mary was a graduate of Girls High School, Boston. Mary retired in 1984, after 25 years at Jordan Marsh and was a member of the Local 1445 United Food and Commercial Workers Union. She was also a member of the Local 1445 Retirees Club, the "Friendly Club" and the "Elmer's Club" in Dorchester. Wife of the late Victor Candelora. Loving mother of Sandra Averill and her husband Kevin of Randolph and the late Kenne Candelora. Dear grandmother of Christopher Averill of Alexandria, VA. Devoted sister of Elizabeth Brabant of Wilmington, Lillian Tringale of Lexington, Catherine Giannone of Easton, Dorothy Ferullo of Dorchester, Louie Sorrentino of Yarmouth and the late Albert Sorrentino, Frank Sorrentino, Margaret Giardini, Rose Lerro and Sidney Sorrentino. Daughter of the late Anthony and Maryann Sorrentino. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main St., (Rte. 28), Randolph until 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday followed by a funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4:00- 8:00 p.m. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
