OBITUARY: Thelma Short, 68, of Catatonk Creek Rd., Candor, died Friday morning, July 5, 1991, at her home. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth W. Short; two sons, Herson White, Owego, William and Marie White, Candor; one daughter,
Charlene and George Sposato, Rockledge, Fla.; four stepsons, Kenneth and Donna Short, Candor, Stephen and Joyce Short, Newark Valley, Roger and Doris Short, Owego, David and Judy Short, Enid, Okla.; one stepdaughter, Carol and Roy Rogers, Nichols; many grand and great-grandchildren; one sister, Gertrude Buck, Owego; one brother, Charley and Sally Harding, Owego; a sister-in-law, Juna Tinkham, Apalachin; also many nieces and nephews. Thelma was interested in crafts and ceramics and loved needlework, her flowers, and gardening. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Estey & Munroe Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, with Rev. Kenneth Simpson, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Catatonk Cemetery. The family will
