Chuck worked as a supervisor for Smith Meter Co., retiring in 1975 after 38 years. He graduated from Wesleyville High School, then attended Gannon College and a branch campus of Penn State University. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. He enjoyed writing to pen pals in different countries.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Meehl McIntosh, in 1977; two brothers, James and Donald McIntosh; and a sister, Alice Pool.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Burkman and her husband, Ted, of El Cajon, Calif., and Louann McIntosh of Newport News, Va.; and a sister, Ruth Morgan of Erie.
Burial will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
