When John Combs was born on February 7, 1761, in Frederick, Virginia, his father, John, was 25 and his mother, Nancy, was 19. He had six brothers and one sister. He died on April 27, 1848, in Washington, Kentucky, having lived a long life of 87 years.

Gravesite Details
Cemetery is off Long Rd which is off Hwy 150/not visible from road/on top of hill/fenced/overgrown. Google Russell Cemetery, pops up on correct farm but not in correct location on farm. Family had no issue giving permission for us to be there.
