Todd Albert Alley was born the third son of John "Jack" and Roberta Alley on April 6th, 1968 in Seattle, Washington. Todd grew up in Burien, Washington and attended school there and graduated in 1986 from Highline High School. A very bright and successful young man who had a love of motorcycles, scuba diving, the ocean and boating. He left high school and moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he took classes and became a very well qualified computer technician. After his studies in Phoenix and initial job there, he took a job transfer back to Washington State and had many, many loving friends who laughed, loved and surrounded him. Todd lost his life to an accidental overdose of GHB on October 18th, 2009. He was just 41 years old.
