Ruby, 90, Celina, died at Briarwood Village.
She was the daughter of Clinton and Zola (Mullins) Bellamy. She married twice and survived both husbands. She first married Robert O. Yoder, and after his passing, she married Glenn Scott.
Surviving are five children: Timothy Yoder, Cincinnati, and Bobbi (John) Stoner, Mark (Lynne) Yoder, Janice Yoder and Stephen (Laura) Yoder, all Celina; a daughter-in-law, Jill Yoder, Celina; a sister, Violet Moody, Dayton; a brother, Earl (Helen) Spears, Wurtland, KY; and eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A 1951 graduate of Wurtland High School in Wurtland, KY, she worked at Celina Insurance Group, Reynolds and Reynolds and retired from Tuway American Group in Rockford. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, attending her grandchildren's sporting events and most of all spending time with her family.
Services will be at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Craig Flack officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
