"Polly" was the daughter of Josh Warren and Mary Ella Ragin Warren. She was educated in the Houston County School System. She was employed with Wells Florist. At an early age, she joined the Martha Ann Baptist Church in Perry, Georgia. She later united with the Kings Chapel Memorial CME Church in Perry, Georgia where she served on the Usher Board.

1 Brother: J.W. Warren(Sara).
1 Sister: Josephine Thomas.
3 Aunts: Nettie Warren, Birda Mae Fuller and Mary Lee Ragin.
1 Brother-In-Law: Sam Kay King.
A Devoted Cousin: Gloria Blalock.
Services were held Friday, September 7,2001 at 1pm in the Sanctuary of Kings Chapel Memorial CME Church in Perry, Georgia with Rev Henry E. Jones Jr officiating.
