The boys had gone swimming earlier in the day and had just been driving around. They had just picked up Josephine and the other two girls minutes before the crash.
Frances was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on March 19th, 1941, daughter of Robert Allen and Sarah Allen. Frances attended the Somerset City School system, she was in the eighth grade at Central Junior High School. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Visitations were held for Frances, Josephine, Charles, Ronald, and Jeanetta at the home of Hoyt and Etra Davis until the time of graveside services.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday afternoon, July 23rd, 1957 at the Somerset City Cemetery in Somerset, Kentucky with Dr. Preston L. Ramsey officiating.
Burial followed in the Somerset City Cemetery.
