MaryBeth (Cormier) Marrone, 57, of Greenville, R.I., formerly of Weymouth and East Bridgewater, Mass., and Coral Springs, Fla., died June 2, 2012, at home after a period of failing health. She was the companion of Steven Gould of Greenville, R.I. Born in Boston, Aug. 21, 1954, a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Helen G. (Wagner) Cormier, she was raised in Easton, Mass., and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School. MaryBeth was employed as an administrative assistant for Southern Bell and was devoted to her children. In addition to her companion Steven, she is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Marrone of Coral Springs, Fla., and Michelle Marrone-Blair of Davie, Fla.; three sisters, Lorraine St. Pierre of New Bedford, Mass., Joanne Christink of Bridgewater, Mass., and Marilyn Cormier of Pembroke, Mass.; a brother, Joseph Cormier of New Bedford; and three grandchildren, Erik James Blair, Caden John Blair and Katelyn Elizabeth Cowan, all of Florida. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial gathering Saturday from 11 to 1 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington St. (Rte. 138), Easton, followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Easton.
