Anna J. Lanigan
Anna Johanna Lanigan, 73, a resident of Centerville the past 19 years, who resided at 1729 South 19th Street, died in St Joseph Hospital Sunday, August 13, 1978, following an illness of three weeks' duration.
Born February 7, 1905, Li Swanville, Minn., she was the daughter of Carl and Mathilda Zuberbier Erdmann. On October 20, 1947, she was married to James Neal Lanigan, and in BlueIsland, Minn, and he preceded her in death November16,1959.
Mrs. Lanigan was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Swanville. For many years she was employed as an inspector in a manufacturing,company in Kenosha, Wise.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death
by her parents. Surviving is one sister, Mildred E.
Nance, Centerville.Services will be Tuesday, 10 a.m., at
Miller-Wehrle Funeral Home in Centerville, with the Rev. Lloyd Gustafson officiating. Burial will be in Oakland
