My Father Lloyd L Potts, Sr, passed away April 9th 2000, hind site I should have ask more questions and wrote down the stories he told. My Dad was truly a very unique person, I miss him dearly. He loved to travel and did so as much as he possibly could during his life. I don't believe he ever met a stranger in his life. I have always been told his Mother passed away when he was only 4 years old around 1919. I have been unable to find her grave, but have since been given a copy of her death cert. by a very kind person on Findagrave.
His Father Walter R. Potts is buried in Old Kit w/his 2nd wife. All of my Father's siblings have passed away now. One Sister and 2 Half Brothers, all during 2003. I have several family members on both my Mother's & Father's sides buried in Old Kit in Irving, TX.
I'm married to a great man, and have 2 very smart and handsome Sons. I've worked hard all my life and God has blessed me in so many ways.
I live by "What goes around comes around". And "everything happens for a reason". It may be hard to see at first, but you just have to BELIEVE!
