Born and raised in Decatur, Alabama, I now live in Sedalia, Missouri. I am researching my line of Burden ancestors who migrated from Virginia to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and who knows where all. I have included short bios and photographs of some of them on this website. I hope they prove helpful to others searching for their roots as well.
