I became interested in this site back in 2009 while searching celebrity grave sites then learned it would be useful in keeping up with my family ancestry. Recently I learned a photo of my mother was found on Ancestry.com. PLEASE do NOT copy my photos to ancestry.com or any other site without giving me proper credit. A simple notation such as "©2009-2020 Ramona M. Hand on Find A Grave". I'd also appreciate a note letting me know you have copied them.

Briefly, I grew up in Maine, but ended up in Louisiana via the Army where I met my future husband (at Ft. Polk, LA). After military service I was employed with the State of Louisiana for several years prior to gaining employment with the Federal Govt.

I'm hoping to link as many family members here as possible.
