Over the years I have been asked to be a custodian and take over the management of several memorials created by people who are no longer with us. If I am managing a memorial that you would like to manage, please let me know. I may decline if it is a memorial of one of my family members but many of the memorials I manage are not related to me so don't hesitate to ask.

I do VERY MUCH appreciate anyone who has taken their time to enter memorials in this wonderful system. Without your contribution this system would not be as wonderful as it is today.

If you are one of the great photographers that waits for the perfect light and gets down on their knees to take that close up shot I applaud you and thank you for your hard work!

Something I have learned poking around here for a while now is it helps to park your emotions and hot buttons at the door. We are all here to support this project and help it grow and develop. Sometimes it is easy to loose sight of that common goal. If you are easily offended by a simple request or find that you begin to take feedback too personally try to remember this is a community and not just your own playground. For this place to work we all have to work together and that requires some tolerance from everyone involved.

I have been working my family tree for more than 50 years. Lost all my computer data and worked to rebuild my files. Family names of PERSONS, BADER, COX, NEIMAN, SUTTON, EMERY, AUMBERIC, GUTTING, RAU, VanWORMER, and others.

Photographers: If you can, take a photo of the grave to the left and the grave to the right of your targeted grave and create a memorial for each if they do not already exist. Your photos are critical for this projects success.
