I started getting involved with Find A Grave many years ago. I only do my family or in laws families. So I can add their parents, siblings and children to their sites. If I have someone that is your family please don't hesitate to ask to transfer them to you so you can manage their site.
I started my own site because I have come across people that do not transfer my family to me. Which is to me not right. I do understand they did alot work on putting the sites together, but I do too , and I do it out of the kindest of my heart for families. I will transfer anyone of my site to a family member. Just ask. I did my site so my family does not have that happen to them. They can take it over when I pass. Without any problems. So please if I have anyone in your family let know I will transfer, if it is not someone in my immediate family. I love leaving little notes and flowers for them when i visit their sites out of respect for them, please feel free to do the same .
