We do this to help when we can. I'm not a professional photographer but I try my best. If for any reason you'd like the photo retaken and I am able, I will gladly do so.

MEMORIALS WE MANAGE, THAT ARE MARKED AS FAMILY MEMBERS FALL WITHIN THE GUIDELINES AND WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED.

EDIT: Photos that we took in the Alaskan Cemeteries we are unable to retake as we are not in state at present.

EDIT: Memorials transferred to me thru Manager #8 (Findagrave), that say family at the top on the memorial page will not be transferred from me. All other memorials I will gladly transfer to family that request per Findagrave rules.

Eligible Family Relationships

Mandatory transfer guidelines cover extended and immediate relatives, including:

• This includes Step, Adoptive, and In-law Versions
• Spouse or partner
• Child, parent, or sibling
• Grandchild, great-grandchild, grandparent, or great-grandparent
• Niece, nephew, great-niece, or great-nephew
• Aunt, uncle, great aunt, or great uncle
• First cousin

∼Per Findagrave Website: For memorials that were transferred to you from Findagrave #8, -- Rules:

"This memorial is currently managed by Find a Grave. We'd be happy to transfer management to you. "

As a memorial manager you will be expected to:

• Ensure that information on the memorial is accurate
• Be available for other members to contact you
• Respond respectfully to 'edit requests' and other contacts regarding this memorial
• *Transfer the memorial to any relative if they request it*

"Can I add a memorial from a newspaper obituary or other 3rd party source?

Find A Grave does not discourage the legitimate indexing of the deceased through obituaries or other 3rd party accounts. Newspapers represent a very good source of information as a public record. We ask that those who index and memorialize the deceased from newspapers and other 3rd party accounts do so with full respect of copyright, REFRAIN FROM ADDING INFORMATION ABOUT LIVING PEOPLE AND RESPOND GENEROUSLY TO THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED.
