I have been a full time genealogical researcher for 30 years. The primary surnames I research are Turner and Tilley.
I have been the group administrator of the Turner DNA project at Family Tree DNA Company from its inception in 2002 and much of my current research involves Turner lines. Thus, I don't do a lot of additions to Find-A-Grave except for immediate family and one cemetery that is located not too far from where I live that has a large number of Turners buried in it.
Find-A-Grave is a great resource but I am a little concerned that people are now adding research that goes beyond what is on the stones that is questionable as to its accuracy. I will add information when I can prove from a primary record that the information on the stone is incorrect. This often happens when a tombstone is erected some years after the event. I have seen numerous instances where people are using information published in a cemetery survey book that has errors in it and the information doesn't even match what is on a tombstone.
