I love Find a Grave! In addition to all of the wonderful information and helping us locate our ancestors, I feel it is a way to bring the deceased back together as a family. Being able to link relatives to one another gives me a great sense of joy.

I am happy to transfer management of any memorials that aren't for my own family members, just ask! If they are within my family and I have a closer relationship, I will be happy to add any information you have. I wholeheartedly disagree with those who will only transfer based on "Find a Grave guidelines." In my opinion, those guidelines should only be relied upon when there is a dispute, not as a blanket rule. It actually makes me very happy when someone stumbles upon an ancestor that I added and wants to take ownership. That's what this site is about -- reconnecting! :)
