I am Sandra Morss Maciejewski and have been a contributor and user of findagrave for several years now. I am President Of Kinseekers Genealogical Society of Lake Co, FL past 3 years and am obsessed with the great success this FREE site offers for genealogy research. With so many volunteers adding not only obituaries but family information that we are able to print - makes a great print copy of gravestone and most often locating other family members buried same cemeteries and locations. Hope you take full advantage of this "tool" to complete your work.
I live in Central FL with my husband Paul - and we are retired - Had 4 children and now 11 grandchildren fast becoming young adults.
As a member of MORSE Society I truly believe their motto: "IF WE WANT TO BE REMEMBERED--WE NEED TO REMEMBER THOSE WHO HAVE COME BEFORE US".
I think putting memorials onto findagrave is a great - permanent, free way of doing that.
