For nearly 20 years, I have been researching my family history, a journey that began in New York and continues now in Ireland. I feel a deep connection to those who came before me, and I spend time in cemeteries documenting graves and creating family, but for anyone whose story might otherwise be forgotten.

I believe every person deserves to be remembered with dignity and respect. This work is very personal to me—it is my way of honoring the lives that came before mine and ensuring they are never lost to time.

As a mother and grandmother, I feel a strong responsibility to preserve these stories so they can be passed down and cherished by future generations.
