Addicted to family history. I began visiting cemeteries/graveyards when I first began to research my own family history.

I volunteer to preserve memorials for future generations what nature will eventually destroy. Find a Grave is an excellent resource when assisting others with their own family history research, and remains a source of local historical interest, as the tombstones and monuments are a rich resource about the people who settled in this area.

My research and updates are mainly in cemeteries in the Ottawa Valley area - Renfrew county, ON and Pontiac county, QC. I hope my updates provide you with another piece to your family puzzle and heritage. All headstone photos posted I have taken.
