Retired from the US Coast Guard and the US General Services Administration. Grew up in South Georgia where my Dad was Warden at Georgia State Prison. Lived in 11 states during my military and federal career, and now a full time traveler in my American Eagle RV.
Started working with Ancestry.com and stumbled upon this website. Its a great research tool and provides a way to memorialize those we loved and cared about in an electronic world.
With the help of Find A Grave, I have traced my ancestry back to the 1700's when the Caldwell's came to America from Ireland. Recently discovered a Civil War sword that belonged to my ancestor Brig General J.C. Caldwell; now assisting the State of Maine to have it loaned to their Military Museum.
