We know we ask lots of questions. This site can be overwhelming. We take edits very seriously. We are afraid to adding incorrect information. Documentation is a basic request when changing a name or date.

Things were learned.

1)Memorials were made by others, over the years many things have been added & researched. Keep that in mind when someone wants to change the name & other personal info. Be cautious before accepting a change without added documentation to the memorial.

2) Photos:

Add all the info you can to a photo. The photo will stay with the memorial long after we are gone. Only the person who posted it can delete it. If a grave is unmarked, take a photo of the spot after confirming the person is buried there. This idea includes term graves. Snap Away.

3) Don't ask someone to move your photo to the cover photo. The profile over the memorial gets to decide photo line up. Seems odd to even ask.

4) If you are taking a requested grave photo, use your best judgement with angles, zooms, and lot info. You are out there in heat & cold taking the photos. Always know, The more the merrier when it comes to photos & documents. You can never have too many photos, friends, fishing gear, shoes, or animals.
