I'm a native Oregonian who moved from North-Central Kansas to the Houston area in early 2017, so I have a whole new starting place to help others with family history research. My grandmother Elsa Opal Long Vandecar (1896-1996) was the family historian, and for the last 25 years or so I've been trying to continue her legacy.
