I am more than happy to transfer memorials to you, regardless of whether guidelines say I have to, or do not have to. If I created a memorial for one of your family members, loved one, friends, etc. feel free to ask. The guidelines are just that, guidelines; they do not state thou shalt not transfer ... Personally, I think
people who do not transfer, when requested, because of guideline technicalities, have some sort of mental disorder; they are probably basically good people, with otherwise good intentions, but keeping control of a loved one's memorial, just because you created it, is selfish and counterintuitive to the whole spirit, of what find a grave is, or should be, all about.

For example, I know this guy named Dick (not his real name). He's created tens of thousands of memorials; including several of my relatives; he has transferred several that I have requested to be transferred; but others, he has refused to transfer, referencing said guidelines. Don't be a Dick; again, not his real name.

I do not get on find-a-grave as much as I used to; I've been encountering too many technical difficulties, suspicious content warnings, freeze-ups, and the video adds are irritating
