I retired in 2010 from the Navy after 22 years. I loved it!! I keep busy now working on locating missing sites here and connecting family lineage. My family is from North Carolina but settled in Florida in 1789. I have names going back into the 1600's but after many years of searching I've come to the conclusion that the cemetery they are located in is correct yet the graves are now lost to time and tomb stones buried in some cases. I'll gladly search and photograph if possible. Please have some info as to the location in a cemetery due to many of the cemeteries are HUGE and the offices are zero help unless you want to buy a lot which is there main mission in life.
