I don't know most of the people I've added to Find A Grave so if you're wondering if I knew your loved one, the answer is, probably not. I find most of my listings from the cemeteries themselves. If I have added a name of one of your friends or relatives and you wish to own it yourself, let me know and I will transfer it to you. Also, if I have offended anyone, please let me know and I will remove the memorial of your loved one. I don't mean to offend anyone. All... well, most memorials are created out of respect. I believe that findagrave is quite possibly the most misunderstood site online. The purpose of me adding names is because I believe that people should never be forgotten, and also I like to help people who are searching for their ancestors. Although not possible, I think it would be great for everyone to be listed on findagrave. Photos are great, especially for those who live far from the cemetery and still wish to "visit" the grave of their loved one. I am always glad to help!
