I am a retired RN, genealogist, and lifelong JFK Assassination researcher for 50 years. The niche I specialize in is genealogical research on, and identification of, law enforcement officers, journalists, cameramen/women, photographers, Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) employees, Doctors, Nurses and other personnel at Parkland Hospital, and other eyewitnesses in the photo and film record from the 4 day assassination weekend. I have identified many people surrounding the events of that weekend.

I am also very much into the JFK assassination South Knoll Shooter theory, ala the groundbreaking forensic research of assassination researcher, Sherry Fiester (Rest in Peace...). See her seminal book: "Enemy of the Truth" 2012, link below. She was a certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst and court certified expert in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, totaling in over 30 Judicial Districts and Louisiana State Federal Court. Her areas of expertise included Crime Scene Investigation, Crime Scene Reconstruction and Blood Spatter Analysis, and she was published in these fields and recognized as an instructor at state and national levels. Sherry was the first to bring forensic science to the study of the JFK Assassination.

Inspired by Sherry's groundbreaking forensic analysis, in 2016 I did original work on the South Knoll shooter. I went looking for his exact location, means of cover and escape, in the very scant and fleeting film record of the South Knoll - a grassy slope on the South side of Dealey Plaza, adjoining the South end of the the Triple Underpass. It is the mirror image of the well known, Grassy Knoll, which is directly opposite it, on the North side of Dealey Plaza. That scant film record consists of a couple of seconds of the Couch Film, shot by WFAA Ch8 ABC cameraman, Mal Couch (105237394), and the well-known Cancellare photo of the Newman family, capturing the South Knoll in the background, taken by UPI Photographer, Frank Cancellare (207161737).

I believe the SK shooter was lying prone in the rear of a Studebaker USPS ZipVan which I found in the Couch Film, backed up to the fenceline/treeline at the northern edge of the the USPS Terminal Annex Parking Lot, which borders the South Knoll, and overlooks Dealey Plaza. I believe he was shooting out of a small, false, jerry-rigged door in the rear roll-up door, ala the 2002 Beltway Sniper.

This allowed for the perfect concealment of, and escape route for, the shooter (one of the shooters, to be precise), without noticeable detection. No one would suspect anything nefarious about a USPS Postal Van parked in a USPS parking lot. Furthermore, its location was almost directly in line with the noon-hour sun, helping to obscure its viewing by anyone looking in that direction. And coincidentally, the van's location proves to be smack in the middle of Sherry Fiester's "Trajectory Cone."

Afterward he immediately drove off - escaping via one of two possible exits from the lot onto Houston Street. The ZipVan is there in the Couch Film - BUT in the Cancellare photo, 7-15 seconds later, it is GONE!

From there the van would have exited on the north or south side exits of the Terminal Annex Bldg (which housed the Dallas Main Post Office, as well as teh offices of Intelligence agencies, then turned right onto Houston St. (they were blocked from turning left due to the traffic jam on Commerce St.) and within minutes been across the Trinity River Bridge and into Oak Cliff. From there they could've hidden the van or gotten on an expressway and left town. I believe this would have been one of the choice means and locations of a triangulated attack by the professional hired assassin team involved in this Cold Case Coup d'Etat. In addition, I am a huge supporter of the "Prayer Man" (PM) theory - ala the award winning research of Dutch-British researcher and author, Bart Kamp - that Lee Harvey Oswald was not a shooter, and was, in fact, nowhere near the 6th floor, but was framed by the DPD and FBI, and the CIA's obedient Mockingbird Press, to this day. His innocence (at least of shooting anyone) echoed through the DPD Hallway, in his cries of "I didn't shoot ANYBODY - NO SIR!" and "I'm just a PATSY!":

It's increasingly clear that that Oswald was instead, an unknown, slender, brunet, white, male, blue-collar figure, of medium height, standing in the shadowy west (left) corner of the TSBD front steps - next to the boy that gave him his rides to work - 19 year old Buell Wesley Frazier.

His moniker, "Prayer Man," was coined in a thread on the Education Forum about a 15 years ago by an Irish researcher, Sean Murphy, due to his stance with his arms in a prayerlike position, holding a Coke with his left hand (we can see a round, white reflection off the bottom of the bottle), and likely his cheese sandwich in the other hand. Indeed, in photos taken by Jim Murray and William Allen, capturing the entryway of the TSBD up until around 2:30pm, we see a pop bottle & a crumpled piece of paper and/or waxed paper, sitting on a narrow ledge adjoining the top steps, exactly where PM had been standing. (The paper could be his crumpled paper lunch bag, and/or the waxed paper in which Oswald said he wrapped his cheese sandwich that morning.)

Prayer Man is only seen fleetingly in the Wiegman and Darnell films as they quickly panned across the TSBD entryway and steps, before and after the shots, but he is seen best in Darnell. Unfortunately, the Darnell film cannot be used as the sole means to confirm his identification, since all we have are 2nd & 3rd Generation copies - and for the last 60 years, NBC has refused to release the historic camera original to the public! (They are currently being sued for its release by Jefferson Morley's team and the Mary Ferrell Foundation. And most recently, though they were not publicly named, the Darnell Film and Prayer Man were the subjects of Rep. Luna's JFKA Congressional Hearing).

Kamp's 2023 presentation was his 2nd time speaking on the topic at the JFK Lancer Conference - he first spoke there in 2016. He has twice been awarded for his Prayer Man research, first with the "Mary Ferrell New Frontier Award" at the 2016 JFK Lancer Conference in Dallas, and second with the "Excellence Award" by the Dealey Plaza UK Board in 2017 in London. Kamp's meticulous research lays waste to the Oswald as "lone gunman" narrative fed to us for the last 60 years.

I assisted Bart with identification of numerous TSBD employees in the photo & film record, and am cited three times in his book regarding some of these identifications. Specifically, I identified the entire long line of TSBD ladies standing in front of the Depository with Supt. Roy Truly & V.P. Ochus Campbell (given the moniker, "The Truly Group") as well as three on the front steps (Reese, Dean & Sanders). Unlike most kindle books, the Kindle version of his book is excellent, since all of the FBI documents and other document urls are linked, making for fluid reading and researching. His book comes very highly rated and recommended; but he has received extra plaudits for this feature.

I am of Northern Italian descent from the Alps of Trentino, above Lago di Garda, on my paternal grandfather's side & from the Alps of Piemonte, about 20 miles NW of Torino/about 5 miles from the Italian-French border, on my paternal grandmother's side. I grew up next door to my Italian grandparents and am very attached to my Italian roots! In the early '90s I studied Italian at the famous Middlebury Intensive Immersion Italian Summer Program at Middlebury College in Vermont - 7 weeks which rewired my brain! (Btw...Middlebury is where Ruth Paine studied Immersion Russian for 7 wks during the 1957 summer session). They now jointly run the the "Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS)," formerly called he Monterey Institute of International Studies, and prior to that, the Monterey Institute of Foreign Studies (1955-1979), where Lee Harvey Oswald, himself, may have covertly studied Russian.
