Find A Grave is a family project, resulting from our long-time interests in genealogy, living history, and photography. We are located in rural South Georgia, and enjoy exploring and discovering more about local and regional history, through families who lived here before. We are looking forward to assisting with photo requests and helping document past lives in our small community.

Not too long ago, genealogical research took place in libraries and you had to travel long distances to try to find family members' gravesites. We appreciate all the Find A Grave members who work together as volunteers to make it possible to visit graves in distant locations, and make sure our loved ones are not forgotten.
