I grew up in Buffalo, NY
I have always been fascinated/interested in my family's journey.
Where they came from, who they came with and where they ended up.
My parents were both only children and I am 1 of 7!
My Father's family (Barnett/Cutting) was Buffalo born and raised. Distant from Ireland, England and Germany.
My Mother's family (Grogan/Connelly, Burchill and McCann) were Utica, Herkimer and Elmira reared. Although they immigrated from Ireland on both sides.
Pictures in boxes in the attic opened up many discussions with my parents and Grandparents.....but oh so many questions were left unanswered.
