There truly is nothing more rewarding to me (now that my children have grown) than assisting people in the process of locating the final resting place of their loved ones.

While spending many years mainly exploring Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands NY and Oakwood Cemetery in Troy I have learned so much about the people who helped shape our area.

From those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, to those who faced unending hardships, to the many who fostered industry, treated the sick and taught the children in our area while facing situations we no longer have to.

I enjoy seeing the craftsmanship of long ago in the exquisite monuments that are scattered about the landscape while learning about the detailed symbolism found upon them.
