Anytime I take a photograph of a temporary grave marker, please advise me when the permanent marker goes up, and I will delete the temporary.

Most of the memorials I manage are not related to me. If you are a relative (or just a friend) of one and would like to manage it, just let me know. I will usually gladly transfer any memorial (except for my family).
