2026 DNA estimates: I am 94% British Isles (41% English, 35% Scottish, 18% Irish). Plus 2% Dutch/2% German. I descend from America's colonial protestant old stock from both English and Dutch ancestors. Nine of my generational great-grandparents arrived in 1620 on the Mayflower. Followed by dozens venturing w/ John Winthrop's Fleet in the 1630's. Also many of my Dutch generational great-grandparents arrived to settled New Amsterdam (now Manhattan) in the 1620's.

CAREER: ASID Allied Interior Designer/furniture sales (25 years) / Licensed Realtor (15 years). In my youth, I worked in all areas of farm management on our Radford centennial farm.
COMMUNITY: Founder of Grant Twp. Historical Society (Nov. 2023). Lifetime membership w/ Clyde Historical Society. Researched and hosted Harmony Cemetery Tour (June, 2025). Researched the old pioneer Zion Methodist Church. Donated my Old Barn project to the local library. Member - Friends of St. Clair County Library
EDUCATION: St. Clair County Community College / Colorado State University, Fort Collins (full-time, 90 credit hours) / New York School of Interior Design (Home Studies course) / Graduated Dearborn Real Estate School, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
GENEALOGY: My Granger-Radford family comes from several early pioneers of Michigan's Thumb Area. Brothers John and Howard Radford owned 1,400 acres, with John working as the cattle buyer and Howard as the farmer. I'm a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the St. Clair County Genealogy & History Society.
RELIGION: Born-again Christian, lifelong 6th generation Methodist. Resigned UMC in 2023 due to their doctrinal change.
