I'm a keen genealogist and have been researching the various branches of my family for over 2 decades. I'm mostly Scottish, with splashes of Irish and English. Find a Grave is a useful tool for genealogists, especially in countries where the civil registration isn't available online. I'm always keen to add new names to my family tree and am delighted when I see memorials/graves of distant relatives online. I have photographed a few local cemeteries here in Greater Manchester and will hopefully get time to upload some more soon. I'm also in the process of transcribing the various Glasgow cemeteries in the hope that Find a Grave can be used as a genealogical device for researchers, as well as a memorial site.
