I began doing family history at the age of 18 in 1972 when I did my first oral history with my grandmother. By 1974, I started work on my first simple tree. Today, nearly 45 years later, I am a retired historian and professional researcher known for building family trees on the Ancestry platform.

I enjoy being a contributor with Find A Grave and especially adding photos and biographies of ancestors when they were living, particularly photos from the prime of their life, to compliment grave markers and cemeteries.
