My name is Richard Bretton Ray. My nickname is Brett and that is what I am known by both family and friends. I was born in Fort Worth, TX on October 1, 1948.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1971. I recently retired from my career in human resources and I have enjoyed discovering this web site where I am making helpful suggestions to flesh out the outstanding work that others have done in establishing the Eddins, Ray, and Rector heritage on this site. My grandfather was related to the Rectors on his mother's side. Her name is Harriet Elizabeth Rector Eddins and she is my great grandmother on my mother's side.
